Christian St. Jacques

Christian St. Jacques specializes in working with teens, young and older adult males, and couples as a licensed mental health care practitioner (LMHC) in Washington State who received his Masters in Counseling and Mental Health at Northwest University. He draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment, Family Systems model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy.

Working within a variety of therapeutic frameworks that are adapted based on the needs of the individual or couple, Christian can address every client holistically by evaluating biological, psychological, social, mental, spiritual variables that influence an individual's and couple’s current experience. The issues and challenges that you bring to counseling will provide the context for the work and in your time together, Christian will explore any one or a combination but not limited to cognitive mental models, current and past relational patterns to gain insight into the origins of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Dr. Renee St. Jacques

Dr. Renee St Jacques specializes in the relational and emotional/mental health of individual women and couples as a seasoned licensed psychologist (PsyD) in Washington State who received her Masters in Counseling Psychology and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Northwest University.

Dr. Renee St Jacques specializes in:

  • Individual Counseling for Women (Age 20+)

  • Couples Counseling and Relationship Coaching such as:

  • Premarital counseling

  • Couples and marriage conflict and communication

Her expertise primarily focuses on relational health, targeting issues such as:

  • Mental health triggers from stressful workplace dynamics or relationships such as with a manager or coworker

  • Anxiety and Depression symptoms linked to relationship issues

  • Relational stress in romantic, family, friendship, and work relationships
